Introduction:

TS-ZP  IF  oven  is a power frequency 50HZ alternating current into an intermediate frequency (300HZ above to 10000 HZ) power supply unit, three-phase alternating current frequency, rectified into DC, then DC into adjustable frequency current is supplied from capacitive and inductive coil in the flowing medium frequency alternating current, high-density magnetic field lines generated in the induction coil, the induction coil in full bloom and cutting metal materials, have a huge vortex in  the metallic material.

Some properties of these eddy currents also having an intermediate  frequency,

i.e., the free electrons in the metal itself has a flow resistance in the metal body to generate  heat.

 

 For example, put a metal cylinder placed in an alternating current of medium frequency  induction circles, there is no direct contact with the metal cylinder induction coil, the coil is energized itself  has very low temperature, but the cylinder surface is heated to redness, and even melted , and  this redness and melting speed adjustment as long as the size and frequency of the current strength can be achieved.
