D08-1G / GM having a flow channel display device ,witch can be equipped with an MFC / MFM, they can work independently of each other. Indicator generally used 3-1 / 2 LED. According to user requirements, flow indicator units can make SCCM, SLM or% (percent of full scale). Supporting MFC and MFM. D08-1FM only supporting MFM.
Usage
D08-1G / D08-1GM flow indicator is used to provide operating power to the meter or mass flow controllers, the flow rate is set and displayed.
