PVC PE PU
This light-duty conveyor belt takes braided fabric made of polyester threads that
has undergone special technical treatment as the carrier framework. One or both
sides are coated with rubber, PVC, PU or PE. It features great strength, little
elongation or extension, good bending and twisting ability, stable running, and
long service life.
PU conveyor belt has the common traits of high tensile strength, good bending, lightness,
thinness and toughness. It also has the outstanding traits of anti-germ,
wear-resistance, oil-resistance, nonpoisonous and sanitary, and easy to clean.
All of these conform to the management requirement of conveying non-packed food.
PE conveyor belt has the common traits of high tensile strength, good bending, and
stable running. It is also nonpoisonous and sanitary, easy to clean, and has smooth
surface. It can touch with food directly. It is the ideal matching equipment
of deep-processing industry for tobacco, food, meat and fishery, fruit and vegetable.

AIMAI: We are professional manufacturer industrial belts, including PVC/PU/PEconveyor belts, timing belts, and other special belts, which are wildly applied in various fields, such as ceramic marble production lines, foods industry, logistic industry and other industries.
- 2. What terms do our company use in our international trade?
AIMAI: We usually do business in FOB Guangzhou or FOB foshan. But if you have special requirement, we can also do in your convenience.
- 3. What the lead time of each order?
AIMAI: Usually we can finish a order in 15 days, but it can vary according to the quantity of your order.
- 4. Where is our company?
The headquarter of our company is located in Foshan, the neighboring city of guangzhou. We have several factories in different places, mostly in foshan, some in other provinces. Our new factory is in construction and will be finished in the end of 2016.
- 5. Can we provide samples?
AIMAI: Yes. Samples are free offered.
- 6. Are our belts standard or nonstandard? Can we product in your special requirements.
AIMAI: Most of our belts are nonstandard and of course we can produce in your requirements. For those standard products, there are also several options in different sizes for your choice.
For conveyor belts, you can chose chose your sizes of different width, length and also thickness.
For timing belts, not only you can decide on the size, but you can ask to add some special material, such cloth or rubber onto the belts.
