HK-2020 Grease Needle Penetrometer Laboratory Equipment confirms to ASTM D5, ASTM D1321 ASTM D217 & ASTM D937 standard. It is suitable for the petroleum products with their needle and awl penetration degree value of no more than 250, under the specified condition, pointing to the depth of standard needle and awl vertical penetration degree for samples of petroleum products; unit is 10^-1mm.

1. The value of needle and awl vertical penetration tested by the instrument is directly read through LED and it is audio-visual and accurate.

2. The instrument is equipped with flexible and portable up-and-down device for adjustment of needle and awl, which can be adjusted by coarsetuning or fine tuning.

3. The instrument is equipped with steel working device, working stroke is free; it is equipped with total bodies of needle and awl.
