Overview

HK-3006 ASTM D36 Softening Point of Bitumen Testing Equipment conforms to the ASTM D36 standard. It is used to test the softening point of pitch.

Features

The instrument is composed by bracket, which is made up by upper support plate, mid-support plate and lower support plate, test cup, steel ball locater, standard steel ball, flask and thermometer.
The instrument got reasonable structure, beautiful shape and environment friendly.

Test cup: Small partφ19±0.1mm, large partφ23-1.0mm, height 6.4±0.1mm
Steel ball locater :Covers on brass billet, the other three locating studs control the steel ball to fall freely
Standard ball :Diameter φ9.5mm, weight 3.50g±0.05g
Bracket :It gets two pivots to contact upper support plate, mid-support plate and lower support plate and fix the distance 25mm. On the pivots 51mm from mid-support plate there is a mark of scribed line which is as index of the height pouring water or glycerin.
Flask :Volume 800 ml, diameter is aboutφ90mm, height is over 140mm
Thermometer :Conforms to GB514-83 standard, complete immersion, bar type, 30~180°C, and scale division 0.5°C.
