Single Effect: It used for concentrate solvent which is high viscosity, easy to scale, easy crystallization. Mainly used for pulp, sauce, salt, organic acids, starch syrup, syrup, pectin, gelatin, liquid waste, wastewater and other enrichment materials. Multi Effect: The device is widely used in the chemical, food, sewage treatment ,such as tomato sauce, salt solution, suspension, water, oily emulsion, starch syrup and other enrichment materials. |

Single Effect: Fluid is heated by heat exchangers and with high-speed circulation,, by means othe upper tube sheet of hydrostatic head, inhibit the fluid is boiling inside of tube. Fluid flow into the separator, the pressure inside of tube sharply down, secondary flash steam separation. High flow rate of fluid through the heater, which can be kept relatively low temperature, the maximum degree of reduction of the heating surface sediments and scaling trends. Multi Effect: 1. the reuse of steam and the way of heating of solid is same like three-effect falling film evaporator, the difference :speed in the pipe is highly flow and inhibit the fluid boiling. 2. forced short-tube evaporator can keep high-speed fluid flow in the heating pipe and maintain the fluid no-boiling state inside of tube, to prevent fouling and salt feed solution inside of surface. Ideal for high solvent with high viscosity, high solids content, easy scaling, crystallization, salting the fe 3, according to the physical properties of different materials, you can choose alternative downstream, upstream, mixed forms; according to energy requirements.
