This production line is superior to other production lines in the world. The product length, width and density can be adjusted, and the sound performance of products allows the operations of drilling, sawing, pegging, shaping and pasting possible. The production line enables the production with the waste PVC materials, drastically reducing production cost. This production line composes of conical twin screw extruder, plate dies, forming table, hauler and cutter. The extruder adopts the specially designed screws, improving the integration and plasticizing between PVC and wood powders, and enhances the rigidity of products significantly. The products enjoy a promising future for applications.

We specialize in the manufacturing of PVC foam board extrusion line and have updated our product to the latest thirteenth generation. PVC Decoration Board Extrusion Line is our latest updated products. It's continuously improved on the basis of requirements and feedbacks from our customers and combined with foreign advanced technology. It shows superior performance, high reliability and practicality with its compact structure, advanced configuration and outstanding output in the production of 3-20mm thick, high-qualified PVC decoration foam board.
