Pinguan's automatic bagging machine is used to pack empty plastic containers into prepared plastic bags. The packing speed can be up to 8,000 bottles per hour, improving the productivity greatly and reducing labor cost at the same time. This machine can pack plastic containers ranging from 200ml to 6L. It can be in line with other bottle making equipments such as blow molding machine and labeling machine, fulfilling a full automatic production line for plastic containers.

Model PDB-122
The model PDB-122 is designed to pack rectangular or semi-rectangular plastic containers. This machine uses pre-made plastic bags, which are manually placed on the bagger by the operator. The pusher of the machine will push the bottles into the bag, and a thermo device will seal the bag after the bag is filled. The machine is capable to pack more than one type of bottles, and can be easily fulfilled by changing the bottle pusher and the transit sheet.
