Pinguan's automatic bagging machine is used to pack empty plastic containers into prepared plastic bags. The packing speed can be as much as 8,000 bottles per hour, improving the productivity greatly and reducing labor cost at the same time. This machine can pack plastic containers ranging from 200ml to 5L. It can be in line integrated with other bottle making equipments such as blow molding machine and labeling machine, fulfilling a full automatic production line for plastic containers.

Model PDB-100
PDB-100 is a semi-automatic bagger for round or square empty plastic containers. This machine uses pre-made plastic bags, which are manually placed on the bagger by the operator. The bagging speed for 500ML bottles is 3600 per hour.
