- When welding the blind flange and the cylinder body, the current is not too much, if you overheat the
blind plate, it will out of shape.
- The person who using the blind flange, must know the structure and the operation procedures
of blind plate.
- Before open the blind flange cover, you must first open the air valve to make sure the pressure in
the pressure vessel drop to zero, then open the blind flange.
- When pressurized to the pressure vessel, you must first installed the releasing plate, then press-
urized and put into use.
- After the pressure vessels are put into use, knock the main pressure components and collision is
forbidden.
- The transmission system of the blind plate and screw locking device must always apply oil to prevent
rust. Appearance must be intact and clean.
- On a regular basis to check the blind flange of main pressure parts (such as blind plate,tube surface)
if found it heavy corrosion or crack, must find out the reason in time,and handle the question properly.
- After use, to inspection and clean the gasket and the seal groove, and paint yellow glycerin, in order
to prevent bad sealing.
