FPM pipeline polyurethane cup for cleaning pig
Fluorine rubber is refers to a synthetic polymer elastomer which have the fluorine atom on the Main
chain or side chain of carbon atoms , we always called it" FPM".
FPM rubber is the only one can apply under the condition of high altitude.Under the 1.33*10-7Pa,
other rubber can't be used to sealing. Hence, Fluorine rubber have widely used in the chemical area
and space navigation area etc. Fluorine rubber can be used for inorganic acid medium sealing:
- 67% sulfuric acid under 140 ℃,
- 70 ℃ concentrated hydrochloric acid,
- nitric acid of 30% under 90 ℃ can be used for a long time.

2. Chemical and physical properties.
Its Vinyl fluoride and hexafluoropropylene copolymer,In the mid - 1950 - s into the market.the specific
gravity up to 1.85.According to its molecular structure and fluoride content,the fluorine rubber chemical
resistance and low temperature resistant performance is also different.
Fluorine rubber have the function of : the flame retardancy (from self-extinguishing fire), excellent airt-
ight sealing (vacuum degree can reach 1.33 X10-7 ~ 8 X10-1.33 pa), ozone resistance, corrosion resi-
stance, good aging resistance and widely used as the chemical resistance properties.
3. Temperature range.
- static sealing:-26℃~232℃
- dynamic seal:-15℃~200℃
4. Hardness range: Shore A 50℃-90℃
