QDQ-J type polyurethane foam pig.we have two type: with steel brush and without steel brush pu foam pig.its applying for experimental passing pig before the unknown condition of the pipeline and also can remove paraffin.we can produce low density, medium density and high density foam pig and the highest density can reach to 19LB. Meanwhile, our foam pig can have the gauing, steel brush and locate position at the same time.

Cleaning pig application |

1.To be used for sweeping pipeline and cleaning various impurity After finished the pipe construction and pre-silicon. |
2.To be Used for the exhausting gas before do the pipeline hydrostatic test and dewatering after test. |

3.To check the roundness error before usage and whether the position of live ball valve and pipeline diameter are accurate after opening valve. |
4.To wipe out the weld flash at the palce of joints |

5.To discharge ash, remove paraffin reguarly or irregulary, descaling and do water treatment of the used oil and gas pipeline. |
6.To be used as the inolator of different fluid medium during one pipeline. |
7.To paint the the pipeline wall with anticorrosive coating. |
