Brush can effectively wipe off impurity in pipeline;

Magnetic pig is mainly of removal iron impurity inside the pipeline , By means of the magnet steel On the pig body skeleton, It will iron slag adsorption in the piping to the pig,and it will bring the iron slag out of the line.The material of magnetic steel is NdFeB(neodymium iron boron)

1.To be used for sweeping pipeline and cleaning various impurity After finished the pipe construction and pre-silicon . |
2.To be Used for the exhausting gas before do the pipeline hydrostatic test and dewatering after test. |

3.To check the roundness error before usage and whether the position of live ball valve and pipeline diameter are accurate after opening valve. |
4.To wipe out the weld flash at the palce of joints |

5.To discharge ash, remove paraffin reguarly or irregulary, descaling and do water treatment of the used oil and gas pipeline. |
6.To be used as the inolator of different fluid medium during one pipeline. |
7.To paint the the pipeline wall with anticorrosive coating. |
