 JC-Composite Strap is used to palletize goods into a movable unit and to secure goods in the container.

It has following advantages:

1.As strong as steel and all system strength are certified.

2. 6-8% elastic elongation and approx. 13% elongation at break and superior capability of recovery.

3.As a result of its high tensile strength and superior elasticity, It has the capacity to absorb shocks and increases/decreases in volume, retaining the applied tension. Although it will elongate during a shock or increase in volume, the strapping will always retract to its original length.

4.Users do no longer need to wear protective clothing (gloves) since JC strapping has no sharp edges and thus prevents injuries to the operator. The receiver of products strapped with JC strapping can simply cut the strapping with a knife or scissors. Unlike steel strapping under tension, JC strap will not “fly” and cause injuries.

5.Cross directional strength.

6.JC  is cost effective against steel strapping, especially if all hidden costs of steel strapping (injuries, downtime, tooling, tool-repairs, freight, damaged products, claims, loss of goodwill and customers) are taken into account.
