BG221E Pneumatic Vibrating Feeder

Other BG series feeder

BG221E feeder is designed as the feeding device for nonwoven card. Having been blowed by previous process, fibers will be fed into the reserve silo on the top of the machine by transport fan. Then fibers in the reserve silo will form a certain density and be opened by lower opening rollers. Under the interaction of both even air pressure and vibrating board, fibers will form homogeneous slivers and be fed into lower chute. Throught a pair of output rollers, the slivers will be fed into card or auto-leveler by conveying belts.

Main Features

· The air compressing system works with vibration plate to ensure the stable output of the web without pollution to the air.

· The high capacity internal fans are controlled by frequency converter, which guarantees crosswise uniformity of the fibre feeding.

· The thickness of the down hopper can be adjusted between 50-125mm according to the production need.

· Profile system can change the shape of the web by adjusting the plate to ensure the evenness in the cross direction of the web.
