QF SERIES GARNET machine (TEXTILE WASTE OPENING MACHINE ) works on the principal that rollers working on high speed to loosen fiber and remove impurities. It’s featured by reasonable design , compact structure, easy operation , low noise , high production , good processing quality as well as low damage to fiber and automatic recycle of falling fibers. Stand- alone type of high power fan enhances its dust removing capability.

The machine can be widely used to open chemical fiber, flex, cotton, wool, textile waste, worn garments, textile offcuts, nonwoven, etc. and has various application in industries like textile, toy, garment, shoemaking, knitting, waste processing .
