B. Precise Manufacturing Skills

The barrel of cylinder/doffer applies the steel plate welding structure.
The round wallbord applies the labber-shaped section aemi-curved structure.
It's curved-sealed between end face of cylinder and roud wallboard.
The doffer wallboard rigidity is increased, wall of card frame thicker and increase the height of bar.
Front and rear waling applies steel plate welding structure, combined with frame to become boat-like frame.
All the motors install directly on frame to stabilize the driving.

C.Perfect Technology

The technology parameter need to be adjusted all design into frenquency conversion.
Blowing flow:thin feeding, small grabbing, big separation, slow speed, slow opening and carding.
Carding flow:4-6 sets of carding machine connected, with specialized metallic wires mounted.
Using mote knife, flats, front web cleaner and dust filter to gradually ease short fober, coarse wool.
