Application:
This machine is able to carding natural fibers like cashmere, camel's wool and yak's wool. These fibers, as opened and fed into this machine , will be fed into cards manually or by chute feeder.Shags and impurities will be removed in this process and a fine product will be yielded,
Main Feature:
- High output, electricity saving, labor reducing and less cover area.
- Special designed continuous dust collection system can eliminate impurities, kemp and two fuzz.
- Specical design of the bottom output structure is much easier to adapt to the falling recycle in the process of cashmere carding,
- The same motor is adopted in cylinder and doffer to make stable linear velocity and solve the problem that high motor temperature impact effects products resurgence,
- Inverter is used in cylinder and doffer
- Centralized control , big screen display,.All the technical parameters can be implied and quickly adjusted on screen.
- Safety cover has fully enclosed and half-closed teo forms, which is suitable for the need of cashmere combing.It is easy to operate and has beautiful looking,
