A. Save Energy, High Efficiency
- The weight of cylinder/doffer decreases after changing into steel plate welding structure, the power rate remains the same.
- Both cylinder and doffer are driven by main motor, cut down one doffer motor, the power rate of main motor remains the same.
- The main installment power rate decreases and machine-hour production increases for the whole combination machine.
- Labor saving about 50%
- Production increase 100%
- Extration efficiency reached to 95% above.

- The production of combination machine doubled with no power rate increased, which improve the production efficiency.

B. Precise Manufacturing Skills
- The barrel of cylinder/doffer applies the steel plate welding structure.
- The round wallbord applies the labber-shaped section aemi-curved structure.
- It's curved-sealed between end face of cylinder and roud wallboard.
- The doffer wallboard rigidity is increased, wall of card frame thicker and increase the height of bar.
- Front and rear waling applies steel plate welding structure, combined with frame to become boat-like frame.
- All the motors install directly on frame to stabilize the driving.
C.Perfect Technology
- The technology parameter need to be adjusted all design into frenquency conversion.
- Blowing flow:thin feeding, small grabbing, big separation, slow speed, slow opening and carding.
- Carding flow:4-6 sets of carding machine connected, with specialized metallic wires mounted.
- Using mote knife, flats, front web cleaner and dust filter to gradually ease short fober, coarse wool.
