Kisstone ultrasonic vibrating screen,sand screen for sale
YK series self-centering variable amplitude vibrating screen is a new generation patent product developed by our company through introducing German advanced technology and combine it with the actual situation of domestic industry. It is suitable for the industry of quarry, mining, construction material, etc. It works stably when starts up or stops. It can automatically adjust excitation force and amplitude according to the material flow size during production, greatly reducing the blocking screen phenomenon of normal homemade screen. It is a highly efficient screening machine for classifying broken materials of stone, ore, etc.
The movement of this vibrating screen is that motor drives the vibrator with eccentric device through V-belt to make screen box vibrate, whose motion trail is round. The screen composes of screen box, vibrator, spring vibrating device and supporting base, etc. Screen box is made of high quality alloy-steel plate and connected by high strength bolts to constitute a frame structure. Vibrator adopts infinite amplitude eccentric mechanism and the spring vibrating device adopts high quality coil spring.

YK series self-centering variable amplitude vibrating screen is widely used to crush metallic minerals and nonmetallic minerals, cement, construction aggregate, sand and metallurgy.
