Machine components are casted from meehanite cast iron and resin sand and through twice quench aging. They are featured by good stability, high strength and stable and reliable precision.
Full sets of spindle system are imported from Taiwan's professional manufacturers and each important part has undergone hardening processing..
With the world famous brand P4 spindle and maintenance free grease lubrication, the whole set of spindle is assembled in constant temperature conditions through the computer balance correction and running test, which can ensure the whole spindle a
long service life and high reliability.
Ball screw transmission of X, Y, Z axis adopts c3 stage double nut pretension ball screw from Taiwan professional manufacturers and they all undertake pre-tension processing.
The German BK3 type coupling is used to ensure three axis transmission strong rigidity and stable and reliable precision.
Slipping slide rail interacting with strengthening slide rail and working table rail have undergone a wear-resisting and lamination processing, which greatly reduces the friction between the rails, eliminates rail crawling and improves working precision of the whole machine.
The machine tool adopts automatic injection lubrication system with certain quantity and at regular time, which can ensure each part have been sufficiently lubricated.
