Introduction
YK series self-centering variable amplitude vibrating screen is a new generation patent product developed by our company through introducing German advanced technology and combine with the actual situation of domestic industry.It is suitable for using in industry of quarry,it can adjust automatic excitation force and amplitude,thus decrease greatly blocking screen phenomenon.It is a high efficient screening machine for classifying broken materials of stone,ore,etc.
The movement of this vibrating screen is that motor through V-belt drive vibrator with eccentric device to make screen box vibrating,the motion trail of screen composes of screen box,vibrator,spring vibrator device and supporting base,etc.Screen box is made of high quality alloy-steel plate and connected by high strength bolts to constitute frame structure.Vibrator adopts infinite amplitude eccentric mechanism.Spring vibrating device adopt high quality coil spring.
