Product Description

 Features of industrial milk pasteurizer

1. Components: compressor, water tank, milk tank, circulating water pump, foundation.

2.  Adjustable sterilizing time 4-40 minutes.

3.  Adjustable sterilization temperature 50-99 centigrade, with automatic temperature control device, usually it will remaining at 85 degree celsiusfor half an hour. 

4. Sterilize water tank equip with heat preservation facility and temperature compensation device, effectively ensured the balance of the water temperature inside the tank, sterilizing effect guaranteed. 

 

 

 Working principle of mini pasteurizer for milk

 

Milk sterilizer machine including: water cycle tank and milk tank. There are two layer of water cycle tank, one is up, the other one is down. Up layer cool water, down layer hot water, water cycle through by water pump come and out. Milk tank include three layer, outside is heat preservation layer, middle layer hot water sterilize, inside layer is milking. 304 stainless steel material, sterilize temperature and speed can be fixed.
