Brief Introduction:
CPW100 Vortex flow meter has little pressure loss, broad span range and high accuracy. It is not under influence of density, pressure, temperature and viscocity when measuring volumetric flow. It has no movable mechanical parts with high reliability and little maintenance.
Feature
1, No moving parts, long-term stability, simple structure, easy to install and maintain.
2, Sensor in pulse signal output, linear between its frequency and actual flow rate of medium, without zero-shift, high stable performance.
3, High accuracy, generally liquid’s accuracy is ±1.0%, the gas’ accuracy is ±1.5%
4, Wide measuring range, up to 1:20 under Reynolds number 2 x 104~7 x 106;
5, Small loss pressure is (about 1/4 to 1/2 of orifice meter), belongs to the energy saving flow meter.
6, Adopts circuit in eliminating interference, with some environmental vibration resistance performance
