Details:
Rubber joint body of fabric reinforced rubber and metal flanges or threaded union composed
for pipe noise damping, compensation displacement. It also called flexible rubber joints, shock absorber,
pipe shock absorbers, shock absorbers throat, soft joints, flexible connections, shock absorbers,
expansion joints, etc., is a highly flexible, high air tightness, resistance to medium resistance and
weather resistance of the pipe fitting.

Fushiyuan has the widest range of Engine Mounts on the market, with sizes and load capacities to suit all requirements.
They are designed to be easily installed, and are offered as standard with an integral fail safe device to provide shock and
failure protection limiting any damage to the application or the Mounts. The Fushiyuan range of Engine Mounts is so large
that we are able offer replacements inplace of the vast majority of existing mounts that are at the end of their natural working
life. They are designed for use on engines, generators, machines, pumps, compressors or any other device that requires the
isolation of vibration from the application, to the position it is secured to. They have a Bell shaped top section, which provides
a number of key design functions, which includes protection of the Rubber element from chemical/ oil spillages or
contamination. They also act to spread the load being applied, and finally are a key factor in providing a fail safe functionality.
To increase their suitabilities for certain applications, we also offer a range of Height Adjuster Kits, which enable the Mounts
to be assembled and adjusted to suit the specific installation where there are uneven floors. Fushiyuan can also offer a non fail
safe version of Engine Mount – where costs are the key driver in Mount selection.

Use: As flexible rubber joints has a good overall performance, so it is widely used in chemical, construction,
water supply, drainage, oil, light and heavy industrial, refrigeration, sanitation, plumbing, fire, electricity and
other infrastructure projects.
Rubber ball Material: rubber joint ball is from the inside layer, enhanced multi-layer nylon cord scraping gum, rubber outer layer composite tubes. According to the different media used
rubber material is different, there are natural rubber, SBR, EPDM rubber, neoprene, silicone rubber, f
luorine rubber and so on. Respectively, with heat, acid, alkali, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance,
oil and other functions.
Instructions for use:
1, high water use of this product, the pipeline must have a fixed or fixed support bracket, otherwise the product
should install anti-pull off device. A fixed support or bracket must be greater than the force of the axial force, or should install anti-pulloff device.
2, you can choose according to their own pipeline working pressure: 0.25MPa, 0.6MPa, 1.0MPa, 1.6MPa,
