1. Has combined functions in one—the press cage’s auto-warming up, oil plants' squeezing and crude oil's filtration, therefore saves labor cost and time consumption, thus, raises working efficiency.
2. The function of auto-warming up the press cage has replaced the traditional way by squeezing residue cake, which shortened the preparation work and reduced the energy consumption. When the squeezing is suspended, the temperature can be maintained at a certain degree by this system.
3. The two air pressure filters equipped on the machine are making use of the compressed air as force, of which the filtrating ability is quite strong and the result is precise.
4. Day output 6.5ton/24h, oil content of residue cake ≤6.5%. 

Characteristics of YZLXQ120:

 1. widely for all kind of oil plant,  such as rapeseeds, cotton seeds, soybean, shelled peanut, flax seeds, sunflower seeds and palm kernel, etc.

2. Intergrated oil press with air pressure filter . it clean oil out of oil press. 

3. The hearter can automaticly warm up the press cage,save labour ,and increase the work efficiency

1,Gearbox :Cast iron bigger gearbox provide a strong foundation for operating smoothly and provide a long working life .

2,  Feeder:carbon steel feeder 

3, Squeeze cage: carbon steel lengthen squeeze cage (squeeze loop ,squeeze spiral can remove and changed after long time working)
