Flue gas is a knid of high temperature low-concentration CO2 tail gas discharged from power plant,boiler plant, lime kiln and cement plant after coal,gas and oil combustion.
Percentage of CO2 in flue gas is 8~35%. The system takes advantage of MEA property of absorbing CO2 under normal temperature but discharging CO2 under high temperature,adsorbing CO2 circularly and desorbing CO2 by use of the heat from flue gas, After concentration, sulphur, saltpeter, oxygen, nitrogen and vapor are desorbed through processes of absorption, drying, cooling, heat exchanging and rectifying in tower. Then clean CO2 is stored in tanks for use.
