PS Foam Sheet Extruder (TH with CE)
uses a double- screw technology to produce fine-blocked cell-structured extruded Polystyrene foam sheet with high strength and a pearly and even surface, in a continuous roll. In the extruding process, Butane or CNG for instead is injected at high pressure. After extruding , foaming, cooling, shaping and hauling off, it is winding to finished ps foam sheet rolls. It has a user-friendly operating system with Inverter controlled driving, Digital Temperature control and Hydraulic screen changer. The raw material is general polystyrene granule. The product is PS foam sheet, which is a new type material with the features of shock proof, sound insulation,heat preservation ,damproof,safety,sanitation and good plasticity.it is used widely in the packing of food, fruits, daily necessities and advertisement board,etc.
