Finger Plug-in Comestic and Makeup Cotton Pad Making Machine
working theory:material feeding--embossing--lengthway slitting--transverse slitting--output
Main characteristics:
1. Main working procedures of the machine: raw material’s unwinding & transferring, embossing(side sealing) on the raw materials, vertical cutting, horizontal die-cutting, piece-counting and finished product’s outputting.
2. The machine’s main frame is made of international good quality steel and iron. It is equipped with 1 set of “steel roller to steel roller” embossing system(side sealing system). You can make either embossed(side-sealed) round cotton pads or non-embossed(non side-sealed) square cotton pads. The embossing design can be made according to client’s request.
3. Round forfex style vertical cutting blades and horizontal die-cutting blades are all made of good quality imported steel and iron to promise the cutting precise and finished products have no rough selvedge.
4. The machine uses pneumatic right & left ladder style stacking counting system. It can make the operator distinguish the quantity of finished products easily.
5. The size of finished products can be ajusted freely.
6. The working table and the parts of the machine which will affect the cleanliness of the finished products are all made of 304# stainless steel.
7. The machine uses frequency convertor(transducer) to control the producing speed. The electrical parts have reasonable wires layout. The machine has light working sound and is easily operated.
8. The machine is equipped with double cams transmission system.
9. Maximum width of raw material rolls: 100cm; maximum diameter of raw material rolls: 100cm.
10. We can also make the special machine according to your original samples.
