Main features of Granite mining machine:

4. Auto setpless tensioning system to guarantee the wire always working under optimal tension and stable cutting to reduce cost of wire consumption.
5. Quick backward speed of machine to save time and improve working efficiency.
6. Safety stop in case of unexpected wire breakage or other faults.
7. Separate remote control panwith features of easy and safe manipulation for operator.

Remarks:
1. Standard power supply is 3-phases 380V, 50Hz. Any difference of the power should be informed. We could design and adjust the machines to be compatible with any power supply requirement (Extra price will be needed for different voltage requirement as sometimes separate voltage transformer will be necessary)
2. We have another Economical type wire saw machines, LQ-DWS-E37-8P & LQ-DWS-EM37-8P fro granite cutting and LQ-DWS-EM-37-6P for marble cutting, which has the basic functions of standard type, difference is that the function of The translation or 3600 rotation of flywheel holder head are manual one.
Packaging: All packing will be done with protection against damages while transporting.
Delivery time: In 7 days for one set of wire saw machine.
