1. The principle of work
The high pressure pump through the nozzle make the material liquid atomization, fog droplets,fogdroplets mixed with hot air which goes into the dry tower through the hot air distribution device adjusting, heat and mass transfer rapidly, in a very short time dry to be powder granular products.The unit is a kind of device can finish dry and granulation at the same time can through adjusting gain the regular spherical granule, about 100-300 um particle size on average.

2. Product features
The drying speed is fast, especially suitable for thermal sensitive material.

3. Application example
Inorganic: cryolite,aluminum nitride, zro2. manganese dioxide, potassium fluoride, kaolin,calcium silicate, ammonium phosphate, calcium chloride, titanium white, chrome oxide.
Food and feed additive: tea powder, pure glue, Arabic gum, soybean protein isolated, soybean protein concentrate, amylase, composite amino acids, yeast powder, yeast extract, maltodextrin, casein acid sodium, blood protein powder, plasma protein powder, oligosaccharides, WFOS, rice peptide, snails peptide, coffee, whole milk, skimmed milk powder, whey powder.
Pharmaceutical: protein powder, pharmaceuticals,Chinese petent drugs, antibiotics, medicine granule.
The dye: dispersal dyes, reduction dye, vulcanization black, acidic light blue, fluorescent whitening agent, dye intermediates.
Chemical industry: urea, washing powder, detergent, AcR, white carbon black, alkali chromium sulfate.
