Description of Products

The machine adapts full seal form. All parts are made of stainless steel. It is equipped with three grades of purifying apparatus. The filtered air reaches the requirement of one hundred thousand grades. The cooling appetites of wall is installed at the cylinder body and top.It makes the wall temperature less than 80°C, Air sweeping device is installed inside the drying tower. The dried immrsedointment powder of traditional Chinese medicinecan not appear the phenomenon of carbonization and degeneration. The ratio of received powder is raised greatly. Moreover it can not produce the phenomenon of medicine mixing and wall staying.
Basic principle: high-speed centrifuge atomizing application of centrifuge atomizing drier.
1.Raw material is attached to wall and the ratio of received powder is low;
2.Because the staying time of raw material at wall is long, the phenomenon of carbonization and degeneration can be produced;
3.It is different to clean and can not meet the requirement of GMP;
4.Low in output: Model LPG-150 atomizing centrifuge drier can process 50-60 kg/h of raw material liquid.

It raised the economic benefit greatly. Compared with original LPG high-speed atomizing drier, it has the following features;
1.Being adapted three-grade air purification, the inlet air reaches the requirement of one hundred thousand grade;
2.Being adapted wall cooling device, the temperature of inner wall will be 80°C, Even if raw material is stayed on the wall , it can not carbonize;
3.Its whole volume is 3.5 times of standard LPG high-speed atomizing drier;
4.Being adapted quick washing device, it is can meet the requirements of production for varieties products;
5.Being adapted air sweeping device, the clean effect is satisfied;

7.Equipped two sets of atomizer and adapted frequency control;
