Rolling Thread Machine For Rebar Splicing

Parallel Thread Rebar splicing with Rolled Tread End.

The technologies of parallel thread rebar splice include directly rolling or Rolling after stripping rib, and then connect the bars by coupler.

Directly rolling:

1. Cutting off the end of the rebar;

2. Rolling the end by using the special rolling machine;

3. Splicing the rebar by using the coupler (connector).

Rolling after stripping rib:

1. Cutting off the end of the rebar;

2. Stripping the ribs at the end of the rebar and rolling thread;

3. Splicing the rebar by using the coupler.

Coupler: High splice strength, which could exert 100% of the tensile and compression strength of rebar, it could satisfy the requirements stipulated in the Chinese standard JGJ107, American standard UBC1997, British standard NF35-20-1, German standard DIN1045, ISO/WD15835(Draft)and other requirement in the relevant standard home and abroad;
