This unique ceramic belt cleaner can be installed on a diagonal in front of the head pulley. The adjustable, spring-loaded holders ensure full contact, even if belt is worn or pulley is crowned.
The main material of the belt cleaner is ceramic blocks, which of more abrasion and corrosion resistance.
2.Application Field and Usage:
The ceramic belt cleaner is used for cleaning Dry, Wet, Block, powder, sticky tailings or hot temperature object on the surface of conveyor belt.
3.Belt width:
600mm to 2400mm or according to buyer requirements. We produce ceramic cleaner will according to the belt width you used.
4.Service life:
Cleaning power continue for several months more than the conventional belt cleaner. (24hrs*12month or more)
