Newly Structure and material:
The Ceramic Belt Cleaner is a radical improvement compared with the common plate-type cleaners using a polyurethane or UHMW polyethylene wear segment. This unique ceramic belt cleaner can be installed on a diagonal in front of the head pulley. The adjustable, spring-loaded holders ensure full contact, even if belt is worn or pulley is crowned. The main material of the belt cleaner is ceramics, which of more abrasion and corrosion resistance.
Application and usage:
Used for cleaning Dry, Wet, Block, powder, sticky tailings or hot temperature object on conveyor belt.
Belt width:
24inch to 96 inch or according to buyer requirements.
Service life:
Cleaning power continue for several months more than the conventional belt scraper. (24hrs*12month or more)
