The belt cleaner is positioned in the front of the head pulley. The newly technology is that improved the spring tensioned and fixed at the upper left and right side respectively. With the new holders,the belt cleaner becomes easier to install than conventional belt cleaner and its wire becomes adjustable individually.
Newly Structure and material: The Ceramic Belt Cleaner is a radical improvement compared with the common plate-type cleaners using a polyurethane or UHMW polyethylene wear segment. This unique ceramic belt cleaner can be installed on a diagonal in front of the head pulley. The adjustable, spring-loaded holders ensure full contact, even if belt is worn or pulley is crowned. The main material of the belt cleaner is ceramics, which of more abrasion and corrosion resistance.
Application and usage: Used for cleaning Dry, Wet, Block, powder, sticky tailings or hot temperature object on conveyor belt.
Belt width: 24inch to 96 inch or according to buyer requirements.
Service life: Cleaning power continue for several months more than the conventional belt scraper. (24hrs*12month or more)
The belt cleaner features:
-High cleaning power: It is easy to install the front of belt conveyor with any angle.
-Light weight: approximately 9 kg
-Long service: approx.10 month for sinter and iron ore; approx 15 months for limestone and coal.
