1.New Advanced Technology
The ceramic belt cleaner is a kind of new-style cleaning equipment for conveyer belt, which is the newest technology that we introduced from Japan, what’s more, we have applied for a patent for ceramic belt cleaner in China. There are two main types of our ceramic belt cleaner: the diagonal type installation and the V type installation.
2.About Regular Size
Our ceramic belt cleaner mainly made of ceramic block(92% alumina) ,also with other necessary accessories. Also, we have our own professional factory, and we can produce ceramic belt cleaner according to the width of belt. The regular size is from 500mm to 2400mm.
3.Longer Useful Life
Compared with conventional belt scraper cleaning equipment, the cleaning power of our ceramic belt cleaner will continue for several months more than conventional belt cleaner. Also, the ceramic belt cleaner will do less harm to conveyer belts .
4.About Installation & Cleaning Performance
The ceramic belt cleaner is new-type cleaning equipment with different structure: high wear-resistant ceramic tips with close contact with pulley for the most efficient cleaning capability. Also, newly improved and self adjusting spring tension for more effective cleaning result. We will give you the installation instructions to show you how to install them.
5. Application Fields
The ceramic belt cleaner for cleaning surfaces of Conveyor belts: Used for cleaning dry, wet, block, powder, sticky tailings or hot temperature objects on conveyor belts.
