Product Description

The new belt cleaner is positioned in the front part of the head pulley. The scraper Dahua were developed to act as efficient system for cleaning of waste materials and aggreates. Waste sent to the pipeline or chute means more cleaning along the belt and reducing overall costs.The belt scraper of the diagonal has the function to be installed in smaller belts of 60mm t0 1.20mm in 3lentgh. The belt cleaner in V of Dahua is installed on conveyor belts for larger size of 1.20mm to 1.60mm in length,were developed to clean with maximum efficiency to the waste materials.

Newly improved spring tensioned and fixed side holders are shown in photos at the upper left and right sides, respectively. With the new holders, the belt cleaner becomes easier to install than conventional belt cleaners and its wire becomes adjustable individually. In addition, the ceramic tips can contact with a conveyor belt more closely to improve the cleaning efficiency.

apart,demonstrating the efficacy of cleaning.
