1.New Advanced Technology
The ceramic belt cleaner is a kind of new-style cleaning equipment for conveyer belt, which is the newest technology that we introduced from Japan, what’s more, we have applied for a patent for ceramic belt cleaner in China. There are two main types of our ceramic belt cleaner: the diagonal type installation and the V type installation, and they are mainly used for cleaning the tailings which adhered on the surface of conveyer belts.
2.About Regular Size
Our ceramic belt cleaner mainly made of ceramic block(92% alumina) ,also with other necessary accessories. Also, we have our own professional factory, and we can produce ceramic belt cleaner according to the width of belt. So the regular size is 800mm,1000mm,1200mm,1400mm,1600mm and so on. Of course, we can produce different length belt cleaner according to the width of conveyor belt and your requirements.
3.The Useful Life and Cleaning Performance
Compared with conventional belt scraper cleaning equipment, our ceramic belt cleaner has a more longer useful life. As we all know, ceramic blocks have very high abrasion resistance. Also, the ceramic belt cleaner will do less harm to conveyer belt than conventional belt scraper, what’s more, the cleaning performance andefficiency of ceramic belt cleaner is quite good.
4.About Installation
The ceramic belt cleaner is new-type cleaning equipment, and is completely different from the structure of conventional belt cleaner, so it is very easy to install and replacement.
