Security Certification
1. Comply with the limits as set by RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU Annex II; recasting 2002/95/EC.
2. Pass 161 SVHC screening test regarding Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 concerning the REACH.
Instructions
1.The flame-retardant masterbatch is a standard product for general purpose with higher melt index and flow rate. In spinning process ,a reduced temperature by about 220℃ necessary to meet with the requirements for spinning process. In practice, fire adjustment of temperature is required for optimum process. In the course of spinning, there is no need to add masterbatch to lower the temperature.
2.The retardancy of the flame-retardant masterbatch not only has connection with the additive quantity of the masterbatch, but also has close relationship with the customer’s particular products including the details such as the color, the specification the balanced time and other components (when spinning with other masterbatch). To guarantee the effect of the retardancy, we suggest that you should run a pilot batch before bulk applications.
Package
The standard packaging is 25 kg / bag. The product is packaged with double layers. The inner layer is polyethylene film bag, and the outer layer is paper-plastic bag. The product should be padded on mat, and stored in dry, well-ventilated circumstance, avoid sunlight and raindrop.
