Instructions
1.The surface resistance and period of validity of the finished product not only has relationship with the dosage of the anti-static masterbatch, but also has close relationship with the formula of the product, color, filament denier, production processes, balance time, temperature, relative humidity. It is recommended to run a pilot batch to check the suitability and find the best dosage.
2.The antistatic masterbatch has a strong trend to absorb moisture, please ensure to dry the masterbatch before use.
3.The antistatic masterbatch will increase the molten flowability when spinning, please adjust the process temperature base on actual situation.
Package
The standard packaging is 25 kg / bag. The product is packaged with double layers. The inner layer is polyethylene film bag or aluminum-plastic bag, and the outer layer is paper-plastic bag. The product should be padded on mat, and stored in dry, well-ventilated circumstance, avoid sunlight and raindrop.
