Product Description

Annealed wire also named black annealed wire, they can be divided into anaerobic annealed wire and vacuum annealed wire. The surface is black. It is made of the cold drawing steel wire or iron wire, by high temperature or high temperature annealing processing technology.

Annealed wire raw materials: Cold drawing steel wire, low carbon wire ( Iron wire) 

Annealed wire specification: Common wire 0.7mm (22#) ~5mm (5#). Can be further processed into over 0.5mm wire, that is SWG38# wire.

Black iron wire production process: Roll the metal billet into 6.5mm steel rod, also called wire rod. And then draw them into different diameters wire in the drawing equipment, and narrowing the drawing plate gradually. After cooling, annealing and plastic coated processing technology, can make into different specification iron wire.

 

Black iron wire features: Black iron wire has good resiliency and flexibility, widely used in the construction, mining, chemical, welding mesh, hangers, handicrafts, Christmas tree iron wire, product packing, daily civil and other fields. Or the reprocessing industry, etc.

The galvanized iron Wire is divided into hot dipped galvanized binding  Wire and cold galvanized binding Wire.
Characteristics of the galvanized binding wire
The galvanized iron  binding wire has good tenacity and elasticity with a maximum of zinc quantity up to 300G/M2, characterized by thick galvanizing layer and corrosion resistance.

Application of the galvanized wire :
The products are widely used in building, handicrafts, silk screen weaving, expressway fence, product packaging and daily civil use.

Mild Steel Hot dipped galvanized wire tensile strength: 350-550mpa, elongation more and equal to 15. The zinc coating 30-300g/ sq. M.

Hot dipped galvanized wire coil weight: From 10 to 100kg, or 200 to 1000kg (Big coil wire) Packing way can be inner plastic outer woven cloth or inner plastic firm outer hessian cloth. Can be customized according to customer’s needs.  Wire diameter: BWG6#-BWG#. Tensile strength: 30kg -45kg/ sq. M.  Packing: 1Kg-1000kg/ coil. Inner plastic firm outer woven cloth or inner plastic firm outer hessian cloth.

 Packing: The packing for black iron wire is same as the galvanized wire packing, there are inner plastic outer woven cloth or inner plastic firm outer hessian cloth. That is wrapping around the iron wire with the plastic firm and then wrapping it again with hessian cloth or woven belt.
