IDEAD0101 eddy current inspect flaw instrument with range from50 Hz to 5MHz testing frequency , has adapted to a variety of metal pipe testing request, various alarm mode, fast automatic digital electronic balance and use digital design. Therefore, the equipment can be established standard testing process, it is great convenient for the users to change the different specifications of the material.

IDEAD0101 may match the coupling gap which request very low to pass through the type coil and other structure coil (probe head's choice definitely may decided by the user's examination request), the instrument may match with high accuracy time delay to sign-hit electronic module, the magnetic saturation as well as simple sign-hit machine, the probe head frame, to realized the aim the metallic pipe eddy current online automatic flaw testing.

For the wires flaw detecting,we have the special eddy current detector and test data processing system. The testing system is capable to generate teh real time signal curves which are used to describe the flaw.
