Main Performance Features:
(1) MMQ-SD series high-pressure steam automatic autoclave is a full automatic sterilization equipment via pressure steam. The temperature can be set and adjusted. It is suitable for departments of stomatology, ophtalmology, operating room, supply room, etc.; especially for the sterilization of packed solid instruments, dressing, rubber products, etc. and of good auto-drying effect.
(2) Microcomputer control, LCD display, touch button, dynamic display of the sterilization temperature, pressure, time, process, etc. Full automatic control of water flooding, temperature rise, sterilization, exhausting, drying.
(3) Good drying function. After dried, moisture in dressing is less than 1% of total grass. There is steam-water inner circulation system set inside the machine without exterior water; so that to make the whole condition clean and dry with uniform temperature.
(4) Temperature and time can be adjusted by manual. The machine will beep when sterilization is finished.
Safety device:
(1) Automatic overheat protection device: once the chamber temperature is exceed setting temperature, the system will automatically cut off the heating power and alarm.
(2) Automatic overpressure protection device: there is automatic pressure relieving valve equipped. Once the pressure is over designed pressure, the valve will relief pressure.
(3) Anti-dry safety protection and alarm device: when lower than low water level, the system will automatically cut off the heating power and alarm.
(4) Door safety interlock device: only when the door is closed in place, the autoclave can start working; if there is pressure inside chamber or power is not ready, the door can’t be opened.
(5) Electronic circuit safety device: main loop of AC has short circuit protection. DC control circuit has overpressure and overload protection.
