Summary:
This equipment can be widely used to do the high/low-temperature sterilization to the glass ampoule, plastic bottles and plastic soft-bags, etc. infusion solutions bags and plasma products in the industry of Pharmacy. Besides, it also can be used to do the high/low-temperature sterilization to the sealed package, drinking liquid, canned food and so on in the food industry.
This sterilizer uses over-hot circulating water as the heat sterilization carrier to operate the water-bathing sterilization to products. During the whole process, over-hot water runs in a relative closed circulating system. It features high heat efficiency, good temperature uniformity and wide adjusting range of temperature, etc. Besides, it also can effectively prevent the secondary pollution during operation by assisted with anti-pressure protection device. There is a whole-process monitor to sterilization process; the whole process including heating-up, sterilizing, cleaning and cooling is automatically accomplished in a lump. Every working parameter can be modified as required; the real-time working condition also can be displayed, saved and printed; so that to improve the whole reliability and intelligent and can meet all the process production requirements of modern enterprises.
Working principle:
1. Large water bath steam sterilizer is kind of high pressure steam sterilizer, which adopts PLC control. It uses steam to heat goods and maintains certain sterilizing pressure and time under certain temperature, so that to achieve the sterilization effect.
2. The whole sterilizing process is operated automatically. PLC will control the sterilizing process according to the input data.
3. During the start and sterilization, PLC processor controls valves automatically; during temperature rise and sterilization period, it leads the steam into heat exchanger according to the temperature; while during cooling period, it leads cooling water into heat exchanger.
4. During the operation, sterilizer collects signals by pressure sensor and sends the signals to PLC processor to control the whole process.

Control software features good anti interference ability, precision control and stable operation. It adopts imported temperature sensor and collects the in-room temperature at any time during the sterilization process; moreover, it uses the lowest point as the control signal and combines the F0 value to ensure the sterilization effect.
