(Static extractor or Dynamic extractor)
1. Application:
Static extractor is mainly used for the decoction, extraction, hot reflux extraction and circulation leaching of Chinese medicine or plants with the mediums of water or organic solvents. Meanwhile, during extracting process, it can recycle volatile oil. Dynamic extractor is operated under mixing state.
2. Equipment composition of extractor:
The volatile oil extractor is composed of Extractor tank (with or without mixer), oil water separator, Mist eliminator, condenser, cooler, liquid collecting tank.
3. Equipment features:
* Static extractor features:
(1) This device has the high extraction efficiency for the active ingredients of batches of drugs; It features energy saving, more sufficiency of active ingredients extraction and higher drug-contained contraction of extraction liquid.
(2) The main body is the structure of straight to easy to the slag-discharging.
(3) Slag-discharged door adopts the hydromantic hoisting system, which is much more stable than traditional system.
It can effectively prevent the damage to equipments when the operation errors happened. There is no need of compressed air source and no noise. It has the good self-locking property and be investment-saving. So that to reduce the cost of operating maintenance and management.
*Dynamic extractor Features:
(1) This device has the high extraction efficiency for the active ingredient of batches of drugs; It features energy saving, more sufficiency of active ingredient extraction and higher drug-contained contraction of extraction liquid.
(2) The upper half of the device is the type of straight and the lower part is positive cone type. The diameter of main body is large and the length is short. It can effectively shorten the mixer shaft to make the device to operate stably and be safe.
(3) Slag-discharged door adopts the hydraulic hoisting system, which is much more stable than traditional system.
It can effectively prevent the damage to equipments when the operation errors happened. There is no need of compressed air source and no noise. It has the good self-locking property and be investment-saving. So that to reduce the cost of operating maintenance and management.
(4) Feeder door is the structure of manual open door which features simple structure, easy of operation and safety.
