Polyurethane Adhesive for Food Package
Instruction
EM3175A/B is a two-component ethyl acetate soluble polyurethane adhesive with high solid content and high transparency, can be used for the lamination among aluminum foil, PE,PP,PET and PA. It’s especially good at flexible package of dry lamination, such as plastic-plastic vacuum supply and so on. It’s resistant to boiling under the temperature of 100℃ in 30min.
Function
1.Lamination film has the features of good initial adhesion, high transparency, high peeling strength, etc.
2.It has a good performance of wetting to the film, and especially good at coating process with economical efficiency.
3.It conforms to the Food Hygiene Law of the P.R.C.
4.It conforms to the Adhesive regulations for food packaging of China National Adhesives Industry Association.

1. What information is needed for adhesive recommendation?
Please let us know your basic requirement: your laminating structure and application, water-boiling or retorting treatment or not, the laminator speed.
More details will be much helpful like dry coating weight, the adhesive you are using now, curing room condition and so on.
2. What information is needed for quotation quickly?
Please let us know your destination port, normal quantity, and payment term you like, then we can mail the quotation to you in 12 hours since receiving your enquiry.
3. What about the payment term?
Normally we accept the TT and L/C.
Normally the cargo can be ready for delivery in 7~15 days after we get the deposit.
The FCL cargo can be shipped in 7 days since we received the TT payment or L/C.
The LCL cargo can be shipped in 14 days since we received the TT payment or L/C.
4. What about the packaging style in container?
We will pack the adhesive pails into pallet.
Normally one 20 container can load 10 pallets. Between two pallets, we will add the airbag to avoid the shaking.
Or we can pack them as customers request
5.How about the sample testing?
After confirming the adhesive code with customers, we can provide free sample ,but customers charg the shipping cost.
We supply the PU laminating adhesives/PU Resin for fleible packaging as following: solvent-based, solvent-free, water-based and alcohol-soluble laminating adhesives.
