Energy Efficient

blocks provide excellent thermal insulation and reduce energy consumption. Offering superior thermal insulation through benefits such as thermal mass, thermal inertia, whole wall coverage and low air infiltration, these features automatically translate into energy savings during the entire lifetime of the construction.

Acoustically Absorbent

Walls of  AAC blocks constructed building provides exceptional acoustic insulation with STC ratings of 44.  It’s porous structure and tiny air cell structure reduces mechanical vibration energy and averts outside environmental noise pollution to a large extent. 

Environmentally Friendly

Traditional blocks are made of precious topsoil. AAC blocks are  manufactured with abundant recycled raw materials and produces no waste products or pollution. Its manufacturing requires little energy as compared to other materials. Since ECOLITE blocks consist of approximately 80% air, the finished product is up to 5 times the volume of the raw materials used, making it even more resource efficient

Pest Resistant

AAC block is an inorganic, insect resistant construction material. This solid wall provides few cavities making it impossible for insects and rodents to inhabit in them. This further reduces chemical treatments costs too for maintaining it pest free.

Weather & Earthquake Resistant

 AAC blocks are a long-lasting building material and can withstand harsh climatic conditions which means it will not degrade under different atmospheric conditions. This makes it an ideal material for builders and architects for constructional purposes.   

 Fire Resistant

While most fire outbreaks do not exceed 1200°C,  blocks withstand well over 3000°C, making it an ideal non-combustible product suited for fire-rated applications. Apart from maintaining its structural integrity during a fire, these blocks provide a significant level of protection against loss of life and property. They are totally inorganic and incombustible as a 100 mm AAC wall has a 4-hour rating and  AAC blocks can well boast of 1-hour per inch fire rating.
