We have the professional QC dept make the 3 times tests before making bulk production.And we will also select and examine the bottle quality one by one before packing. We can also make EO sterilization as the customers special requirement. 

* How should we do with defective bottles?

We will make 1:1 replacement for the defective bottles based on pictures. 

* How can we choose the shipping way?

For the small order, we suggest to ship via DHL, FEDEX, UPS door to door service. It will take 4-6days.

For the larger order, we advice you to ship by sea. If you are urgent,you can choose air shipping to your local airport. You also can call your local express company to pick up the goods from our warehouse in Guangzhou.
