Electric roller shutter door ,also called garage door ,can use four control ways as remote control , induction , electric control and manual control. Mianly used in garage door , market door , factory door or other place.
- The double thickness of slat is between 0.8mm to 1.5mm .The max production height can reach 9m to 14m ,and has strong ability against violent storm.
- Many different way to installation,including install inner , outter or in center,but little demand of space.Has the advantage of little demand of space, easy and fast to install , pretty apearance.
- Has the protection device,aslo can install touch sensor and wireless control as additional device.
- The roller shutter door ( garage door ), is driven by rolling shutter tubular motor or side rolling shutter motor, with power saving , save ,small noise and over-heat protection. Can use the manual control or culth lever to roll the rolling shutter door down or up when the power off .

- Align pasted PCB with fixture for SMT process
- SMT process: mount electronic components on the PCB precisely with computerized schematic layout
- Automatic reflow soldering and inspection of the quality of soldering points
- Using the wave soldering machine to solder the DIP components on the PCB
- Final inspection of the quality of components and soldering points

- ROHS compliance tester to inspect the content of 6 hazardous substance in every incoming material and components.
- Salty -mist tester to verifty the durability of surface coating on every tube.
- The runout tester to inspect the runout tolerance of all high speed rotation parts such as gears and sharfts.
